How to simplify your life?

 

What is life? Well the answer to this is different according to different peoples.

But in my opinion life is full of ups and downs. its a free membership to a merry go

 Round. I know its little poetic but again its life we cant predict what’s gone happen or we cant change what had already happened but one thing that we can do is rather then regretting  on things that are going wrong in our life . we can do is simplify the things in our life.

Well some people will say its easy to say but hard to do .i would say rather then assuming and not doing it .its better to do something about it .because whatever the out come will be it will be positive as you would have simplified your life and you would already have an idea. if one thing is going wrong it wont affect other and you would know what to do with the thing that seems wrong .

To all my readers who think life is too hard and it will never get better. Here  i am to  Share some tips or ideas that won’t change your life or make everything better but It will definitely help you to simplify your life and give you a different perspective to live your life with more positivity.

 

             10 tips to simplify your life and enjoy it fully.

 


1.Make a to do list

Yes you read it right make your daily to do list. Just to remind yourself thing that

You have to do today and never to forget it. So rather then regarding later and saying

Oh crap i forget just make a list that you can check and which will remind you what you

Have done and is yet to be done. You can make the list at the end of previous day or els

 first thing in the morning while enjoying you tea/coffee. Also keeping check on the list

Will not only help you to remind things but will also keep you knowledge full of how

 much free time you have left to just enjoy yourself.


2. Always be patient.

This is the most important fact we all should remember always be patient.

Life may be hard right now but remember to breath in and think before reacting

Because impulsive decision or reacting will only lead you to wrong decision

Which in turn will  make  you regard. No one is breathing down your neck

And forcing you to  react immediately. And even if   someone is tell them to wait.

And take a deep breath and think the things out. Because  your decision  is what you have to

 own later you cant blame on anyone.

 

3. keep in check with your emotions

Being emotional is human tendency and you should feel every emotion because emotion

Are the one that keep you sane. You should be emotional but not emotional fool.

Know the difference between them. Feel your emotions but never let them control you.

I know its bit hard because sometime we just get carried away in emotion. but be strong

Before doing so.  Practice makes everything perfect. It might take a time for you to deal

with you emotions but slowly slowly you will get hold of it.

 

4. Prioritize yourself

Well wont that makes us selfish. I know this is the first thought pop up in you mind.

But no it won’t because been selfish and prioritizing your own self is two different things.

Prioritizing yourself mean understand the situation and others feeling but along know

that what’s important for your own self. Keep yourself on top of your priority list that

way you will always feel confident about yourself and it will also make other people

aware that this person knows its own worth and is not the one to mess round with.

 

5. Do things that make you happy.

Always remove some time from your busy schedule and do things that make you happy. May it be singing, dancing, drawing, reading anything  that makes you happy and you don’t need to be perfect in any of it. You are doing it because it gives you the happiness. Doing what you makes you happy will not just give you happiness but also give you the peace of mind you miss out in your busy schedule. It will cheer up your mood which in turn help you to think clearly and motivate you to finish your pending work.

 

6. Remember your goal.

Don’t just sit there working aim Leslie .set the goal in your life that you want to achieve

May it be your dream job or to loose weight anything that you want to achieve and once

 you set the goal remind yourself daily what you want to achieve and  work towards

 achieving it.

 

7. Meditate daily


Meditation is proven to be the best exercise for your mind and sole. Meditating daily will reduce you stress level and help you to focus clearly and improve your mind stability. I am sure you guys can remove five min to keep your mind stable. Mediation also help to thinking clearly which will help you to make decision more effectively  which in turn improve your life.


 

8. Never decide your worth on the basis of others comments

Always remember you are who u think you are and not what other thinks about you

People will have there opinion and they will always say things to you. But remember

 you are the one who decides what you are, who you are and what you can do.

Always believe in yourself rather then believing what people thinks.


9. Stay away from negativity.

Always surround yourself with positive thoughts and positive peoples. Do not stay with

peoples that thing negatively and always spread negativity. Negativity is only gone

attract negative energy around you which makes you feel degraded. Positivity is what

more important in you life. If anything went wrong don’t just get upset and think

negatively . always try to find positive side for same.


10. Failure is a step towards success.


In many phases of your life you will face failure.

 Not just once but may be twice thrice and many

 more. But always remember failure is not the

 dead end .always keep trying harder and harder

 until you achieve what you where working for .

 and when you achieve after trying so hard the

 happiness you will get feels very different. Always

 keep trying hard and never give up soon.
